Scentrial is a fragrance discovery and decision app that helps people understand and actually wear the perfumes they already own — rebuilt around the user's personal scent shelf rather than aspirational shopping wishlists.

Sitting at the intersection of beauty (~$60B global fragrance market), AI personalization, and GCC scent culture (oud, layering, gifting), Scentrial targets the moment that breaks every other fragrance app: decision paralysis. Users own 10–40 perfumes and freeze daily on "what should I wear today?" — Scentrial's Context-Aware SOTD (Scent of the Day) engine answers that question using the user's own inventory, occasion, mood, intensity preference, and weather.

Differentiated by scent stacking as a first-class feature (competitive gap 10/10 across 32 competitors analysed), Scentrial ships seven Phase-1 AI features through a single Gemini-powered wrapper: Context-Aware SOTD, Scent DNA generator (taste profile from collection patterns), Intelligent Layering Sommelier, Stack naming, Stack "why it works" explanations, Your Next Scents recommendations, and ambiguity-resolving search. All running on a live Lovable.dev prototype (React + Tailwind, mobile-first 380px dark luxury UI).

Built B2C-first for three personas — The Curator (UAE/GCC, 15–40 perfumes, daily decision-makers), The Beginner (overwhelmed by notes and afraid of blind buys), and The Gift Buyer — in a GCC fragrance market growing 6–8% CAGR to $4.8B by 2033, with premium and niche fragrance the fastest-growing sub-segment globally at 8–10% CAGR.
