Lunyo is an AI co-parenting assistant built at the intersection of FamilyTech and LegalTech — the only product on the market that uses RAG on your actual custody agreement to resolve the recurring expense, communication, and logistics disputes that define divorced-parent daily life. Every other co-parenting app (OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, AppClose) treats all users identically; Lunyo reads the user's specific divorce judgment and grounds every answer in their exact legal text.

Three core AI features power the MVP: (1) Custody Document Intelligence (RAG) — upload the divorce judgment PDF once at onboarding, ask any plain-language question and get an answer with direct citations to the relevant article; (2) Expense Calculator + Message Generator — input an invoice ("€320 theatre class"), get the correct split per the agreement plus a pre-drafted neutral message to the ex; (3) Tone Coach (Message Rewriter) — the user types what they actually want to say, Lunyo rewrites it warm, factual, neutral.

The AI persona is a calm, empathetic family mediator — not a lawyer, not a judge. Warm, factual, neutral, never takes sides. The product delivers full value to one parent independently — a critical differentiator since most co-parenting apps require both parents to participate, and the administratively engaged parent (typically primary residence) ends up doing all the work alone.

Targeting the co-parenting apps market ($0.5B in 2024, projected to $1.12B–$2.0B by 2032–2033 at 12–20% CAGR) inside the broader $1.28B parenting apps market. B2C primary — divorced/separated parents aged 28–45 in France (EU v2), paying directly for consumer subscription. B2B2C secondary: certified family mediators (médiateurs familiaux in France, AFCC-certified in the US) refer their clients. Built with GDPR + EU family law compliance from day one — a structural moat against US-only competitors and a defence against the court-mandated lock-in that OurFamilyWizard enjoys today.
